Teresa is responsible for technical interpretation and quality assurance in North America. She set up the North American office with Myra in North Carolina in 2006.
Teresa worked for 25 years in US Airways. She was a revenue accounting analyst with responsibility for system development. Teresa actively participated in projects with ATPCO and IATA while at US Airways and continues to work closely with the industry in ASI.
As Technical Manager Teresa provides advice and support to North American airline clients.
